We are Opslay, an AI-powered SOP and company playbook platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Our website is www.getopslay.com.

2. What Data We Collect

• Name, email address, and company name
• SOPs and process documents you create
• Meeting recordings and transcripts you upload
• Queries made to the Ask the Playbook feature
• Billing information (handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never store card details)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Opslay service
• To generate SOPs using AI (via Anthropic Claude API)
• To send transactional emails (account creation, trial reminders, billing)
• To improve the product using anonymized analytics

4. Data Storage

All data is stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

• AWS — Infrastructure
• Anthropic — AI processing
• Resend — Email
• PostHog — Analytics

Each of these has their own privacy policy and acts as a data processor on our behalf.

6. Meeting Recordings

When you upload meeting recordings, they are processed solely to generate transcripts and SOPs. Recordings are stored securely on AWS S3 and are never shared with third parties beyond transcription processing. You are responsible for notifying all meeting participants that recording is taking place.

For EU users, we comply with GDPR.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use minimal cookies for authentication and analytics. A cookie consent banner is shown on first visit. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time.

10. Children

Opslay is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
