Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Opslay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Opslay is an AI-powered SOP and company playbook platform that helps teams document, organize, and query their processes and knowledge.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Opslay to:

  • Store illegal content
  • Violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • Resell access without permission

You are responsible for ensuring you have consent from all participants before recording any meetings using Opslay.

5. Meeting Recording Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations in your jurisdiction. Opslay provides the tools; compliance with consent laws is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in Opslay (SOPs, documents, etc.). By using Opslay, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You can cancel at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

8. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must choose a paid plan or your account becomes read-only.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Opslay is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Opslay against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users by email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
